The Board of Directors’ of MESB Berhad wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval on the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions and Proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature (“Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate”) at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

A Circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will be issued in due course.
